Only one person in my class got above 90% for the art half yearlies. I came in at second with 86%. I guess we won't know if our teachers are easy markers until we get our HSC results lol

Don't worry, I wouldn't dare do that. I'll position your artwork really well so all the markers can see it, then they'll have to give you full marks.

a band 6 would be nice but theory is a killer. There's about 15 people who do art at my school.

Those courses you listed above are highly competitive, if your ATAR isn't close to the cut off, I think you would struggle to do the course work.

I would go and hide all the good artworks in the marking centre so my BOW actually looks decent :p

Someone needs to get cracking ;) I'm not sure what it's called but they rotate whether it gets marked at school or sent away each year. The deadline would still apply, no expetions sadly.Our work's are getting sent away, I fear it will get damage in transportation. That would be my worst nightmare.

QUESTION: There is a drawing of a dear on the internet I like. Can I directly use the outline of the drawing and paint it different colours? am I plagiarising? I heard that you can use other people's artworks, ideas etc but you cannot be selected for art express for copy right reasons.

I do, its not that bad considering I did a lot of practical work in the summer holidays. I'm making a quilt and pillow set in textiles, it's nearly finished :P My art major is coming along nicely as well. Surprisingly I'm ahead of most people

Me too, I have 6 days to study after my textiles exam. I think I will go insane attempting to study for art for a week!

Our art exam is on the 4th November. I couldn't be any more pleased about that :)

I study from 5pm to 9pm with 15 minute intervals. At 9-10:30pm I do homework and catch up notes. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday I do my major works and chill :) it's worked so far ranking in the top 5 of all my subjects

I don't see that as a problem. like you said the VADP is for planning, it is not set in stone. By reducing your body of work you could be affecting your internal and external marks.
