Alot of people seem to think its boring.. At first it does. But as the degree progresses youll find that the pieces fall into place and it starts to take shape. Its not that bad too be honest. Finance is also very interesting.. but imo it really depends on the teaching staff.

Why? I was srsly considering arts/comm or eco/arts at UNSW... but 5 years is a stretch for me. Arts is a mad degree when you look into it man.. can learn alot of things which can shape and change your outlook on the world.

Well to properly answer OP's question; Coming to macquarie will NOT be detrimental to your employability. What you WILL need to do is, work hard (logical) and be active within Uni life (involves joining clubs, volunteering etc)...
