The reader was about $20 from memory. Won't be anymore than $25. It had a reading for each week and a set of questions which are done in tutorials. It is expected that you read the reading before the tutorial, and then you work on the questions in groups during the class.

I did MPO last semester last year and there was no textbook for the subject (just lots of online readings + a reader from the union shop), so you may not be able to find a 2nd hand one.
