i wouldnt mind having gym equipment at home either but i probably wouldnt be motivated as much to do it at home. If you're serious about it though, hit up a 3 month gym membership with your local one. Still, 3 months wont do much tbh!
ye i dno what happened on those occasions. A lack of sleep and stomach running entirely on fluids did not help. Same day i benched, squatted and deadliffted. Never doing that again tbh
ye i guess so. Nah nowhere near the bodyfat as they do lol so my legs are really chunky and i hate them.
Ye leg exercises kill you, ive vomited after squats before and on several other occasions have come extremely close to. Its the only gym exercise/day where i sweat profusely
You can always try these, holding 20kg weights in ur arms
I used to do these before deadlifts and they hit my lower back really well.. although they arent effective as a whole compound exercise in comparison of course
why them smith machine squats? Considering u should indeed aim for 1.5x ur bw for squats, and smith machine removes 20% of weight, u might need to improve ur squat as well.. if ur about,, im guessing, 85-90kgs?

at the same time when i walk into the gym what makes me face palm is when i see so much wrong form all over the place. People bending their backs in all sorts of positions, benching and not even going close to touching their chests, people swinging their back on every rep of curls, people using...
I actually do this sometimes. I don't know if there is any science in it, but Arnold has said that tensing ur chest between reps is actually beneficial
although to think of it, i don't do it in the mirror lol
