    Section IV - Historical Periods

    I did Fall of the Roman Republic- chose question a) about the senaIe.. i thought the questions were a bit hard esp finding relevant sources and quotes.. don't think I had enough in-depth detail.. oh well. overall i found the exam to be pretty hard :( BUT NOW ITS OVER! WOO! aha :)

    i am currently in year 12 and our chosen topic are 1. Minoan (super easy) 2. Fall of the Roman Republic (hard/annoying) 3. Julius caesar(hard/annoying) so anyone have any notes on caesar or rome would be greatly appreciated :)

    how many people are doing history extension in your school?

    we originally had 6, then before the first lesson commenced we had 5, then after term one we have 4. so it's a pretty small class. it's good though, we have cake every wednesday :)

    which is harder: modern or ancient history

    i do both and modern is hands down so much harder . as long as you know ur content and can conclude things froms sources ancient is cool, there is so much in modern. we are currently learning the weimar republic which equals DEATH. however i love both!

    hey i am also studying skull, which i find dull, but the other related texts i am using for ext are "shatter" by Michael Robotham which is a contemporary crime and subverts the Golden Age, and "the life and crimes of Harry Lavender" which is hardboiled and breaks down the female detective...
