    Well, i just done my property 316 exam today, 24 hours, 12 pages 3 questions..... and no sleep! thats 5800 words from 10am yesterdat to this morning 6am........not to mention its a 100% final with instant fail, no late penalty submission beat that IWR!!

So i guess your focus is mainly on unauthorised (non-UN) humanitarian...

    What judgments did u use? apart from Nicauragua and Belgium v Yugoslavia (which didnt really say anything), there wasnt a heap of cases.....there had been prior examples but nothing solid in terms of ICJ judgments.....unless i have seriously overlooked something... I've contemplated using Sudan...

    Well i guess that indicates subjective marking on things he want to hear..... The essay question was how to promote compliace and enforcement and be pragmatic about the strategies... very open ended question, it would be unfair to subjectively mark on a q like that.

    Theres the division of law and theres the department of public law. According to my labor law convenor. Division of law became a black letter law sausage factory and theres only 1 or 2 lecturers in public law who didnt want a black letter law sausage factory...
