Thanks guys! I used the Matrix Calculator too and the ATAR was around 80. Is this correct or will my ranks be taken into account, therefore increasing my ATAR? I'm worried as I need 81.7!

How many pages/ words are recommended for the essay section?

Even if they do ask about a significant person for both sections if you choose to do Christianity for section II for example, you have to do Islam for Section III.

In the intro where we give our definition of belonging, how much do we have to say about our texts i.e. do we have to give a brief outline e.g. Immigrant Chronicles is a collection of poems which ... and the story ... presents an inspiring tale about ... or do we just state the names and explain...

How do you guys go about getting it in on time? It just took me a little over 60 mins to write 5 A4 pages. How many lines should I be writing for each text with the inclusion of contrasting/comparing etc if I have 2 poems and 2 relate texts? Thanks.

How much of a difference do rankings really make to your ATAR? For example, if my raw HSC mark for Standard English was 80, would this increase if I was ranked in the top 10 in my grade? I'm a bit confused. Thanks :)

Thanks a lot! I wasn't sure whether it would be better to learn both just to be safe but even then, one of my prepared stories wasn't liked by the marker in the Trials so I think I'll just stick with the one too.
