    Breakfast

I can't go to uni without brekkie because of the walk from the station. I've started waking up half an hour early so I can enjoy my breakfast.

Maths genius Arran Fernandez, 14, offered Cambridge University place

I suppose a kid that bright probably doesn't have much in common with other kids his age, at least at uni he might have someone to talk to. Still pretty hard to make friends if you're 14 and everyone else is over 18.

    What have you eaten today?

Chocolate waffle with icecream cinnamon tea strawberries, apple, might finish off the chopped pineapple. Will have a big salad for lunch since we're having takeaway for dinner But I need to put on some weight so it's all good.

5 Fruit and Veg a day

Most days I do get 2 fruit and 5 veg. But I eat a shit load of salad, and I live with my bf so I get to decide what's for dinner (and it'll always involve a few serves of veges).

    Travelling to uni..

I've never had a problem travelling to or from uni. You'll generally be travelling at peak times, with loads of other people, so you'll be safe. It used to take me like 2 hours door to door to get to uni. I just did my readings on the train. Hopefully now that I've moved it'll only take me an...

    Breakfast

Usually on monday I'll make a fair bit of crepe batter and just use that for the rest of the week. So I'll have crepes, usually with lemon and sugar, or with golden syrup, and some sliced strawberries and a pot of green tea. Nice and filling but not too heavy.

    Night Shift & Weekend Jobs?

Loads of leagues clubs and RSLs are open quite late on weeknights, and even later on weekends so there's plenty of night work.

    who wears sunscreen to uni?

Yeah sounds like bullshit. Olay might cause cancer, but the sun definitely causes cancer. I'll take my chances with the lotion.

    who wears sunscreen to uni?

It's an Olay complete defence sunscreen, the one for sensitive skin is less oily than the normal one but they're both pretty good. It's one of the only moisturisers I've seen with a 30+ sunscreen.

    who wears sunscreen to uni?

My daily sunscreen has a 30+ moisturiser and it's not greasy at all. I wear it every single day or I'll get freckles.

    Names of Ipods/whatever

My first ipods name was Steve. I gave him to my bf. My current ipods name is tangelo because it's orange.

Blackhead reducing/removing products, or how do you rid of blackheads?

Use St Ives apricot scrub (I think there's one specifically for blackheads). Those biore pore strips are ok, they do get a lot of blackheads out but they hurt like a bitch. Or go and get a facial where they steam your face and clear all the shit out of your pores. Your face will be a...

Abbott thinks reading the Bible should be compulsory in schools

I don't think teaching students ABOUT religion is a bad thing. They shouldn't be indoctrinated of course, but I do think it would be good for students to learn about different religions and their beliefs and texts. It would probably be very difficult to implement any kind of compulsory...

    2009 HSC School Rankings

Re: Top 100 Schools - Daily Telegraph Yeah I'm sure it was a combination of my year being particularly nerdy and the rest of HSC05 being a bit slow.
