Your introduction allows them to usually differentiate between standard/advanced (we have a HSC marker who's been doing it for a decade I think). If they cannot decide from the introduction, a few paragraphs in (from structure) they will know.

Nope, they'll mark as they always do, but the best thing is to always set up the marker to think you're an advanced student, it's a psychological ploy which may lead to you getting an extra mark if they feel generous.

You should be aiming for 80 raw in those subjects if you want 85+ scaled. Biology is around 78-80 for band 6, Economics is around 85 for band 6. Standard English is hard to achieve band 6. Business Studies is approximately 82-85 for a band 6, but this year it may be a lot lower. Not sure about...
