    Law w/ 94.65 UAI

if you get a HD average you'll get in . I doubt you'd have a chance with less than that but call student services they can tell u more likely what marks you need. But HD average you'll get in like 100%. If you really wana do Law go to another uni, or if you wana risk it do Arts at UNSW and...

Will the UAI for Law drop without full fee paying students?

Your wrong. I talked to Gillian Triggs, dean of law. The cut-offs may stay the same but theres no way their going up. There are 50 more places being made for entry to be split between transferees and school leavers. Keep it on the low i think she liked me dont wana ruin gossip

    Which is the easier transfer??

Hold on. UNSW says if you get a 75 WAM and GO TO unsw then you can get in - ie INTERNAL transfer Furthermore, 75 WAM does not= distinction average if you go thru UAC, ie do an external transfer, which is what you would need to do if you go to Sydney, or UTS or any other uni . "Distinction...

    ease of internal transfer?

You retards this thread is about 5 years old and BTW there is such thing as internal transfer, where you don't go thru UAC. Sydney have an internal transfer option within faculty across their arts degrees, and UNSW just introduced one for next year with law apparently. So suck it

UAI - UNSW combined law for 2009ers

because thats a load of shit. They're not being "transferred" to internationial free-paying places. Whats happening is, No more DFEE = more: a) International places b) CSP places c) Transfer-ee places Do basically, yes more places will be opened. Whether or not that affects cut-offs...

highly doubt it bro. nice try. In fact im 99.999999 percent sure not. You'll be treated as if you deferred for a year, and placed against HSC cut-offs.

    Anyone get 95+ without TUTORING?

Fuck you. The hsc is bullshit. I got 98.2 and i smoked weed in between exams + no tutoring + no school and knew fuck all. Yes i am showing off. I just memorised a few select essays and studied 3u maths really hard. I definetly knew a shitload less than friends who got 90 uai so the fact that...

    Entry requirements 2009

I emailed the law admissions office and asked for UNSW - they said that there is def. more places but they are unsure as to how they'll split giving these between transferees and students. I doubt the cut-offs will go down at all, they'll probably stay "officially " at 99.55, but let a few...

    2009 transfers

well hopefully the cut-offs will go down due to DFEE being cut. but a NRSL "index" of 96.075 gives me little hope of sydney law right? UNSW law maybe if im lucky... good luck to everyone transferring
