I was wondering if the result of changing the concentration of a gas in an equilbrium reaction involving gases would be affected by the mole ratio of the gases. Is an increase in concentration like an increase in pressure - the reaction favouring the side with less moles?

What would you think is the most interesting or most useful commerce major?
And as an aside question, how many majors can you do in a Commerce (liberal studies) degree?
I've heard that the UMAT is really difficult, but after reading a few threads where people put up their practice test results, everyone seens to be doing quite well. So to clarify, is the UMAT 'hard' simply because of the quality of the candidature (where everyone does really well), or is it...

Just curious, but what's the big deal about medicine? i know so many people who want to do medicine and i've always wondered what was so attractive about this career path.
Why do so many people want to do it?
I don't know if this is in the right place, but can anyone tell me whether NEAP papers are any good for maths or chem?
I saw them for sale in an ad in the paper today, and I was wondering whether it was worth it to get them. Or are the papers and solutions readily available online already?
My school is in the process of organising references for us (so people that want to apply for things like scholarships and cadetships can start now). we were given a sheet to fill out where we had to list out all our academic, leadership, sporting and community acheivements/involvement

Does anyone know if the Success One 2009 edition for Chemistry is out yet? On the website it says only says it'll be released mid-march (which it is now), but has it actually been released?
Thanks in advance
I was wondering, how would you set up the proof for:
"If w is a cube root of unity (i. a root of z^3=1), prove that w^2 is also a complex cube root of unity."
I understand you need to use (z-1)(z^2+z+1)=0 to solve, but how would you actually set out the proof?
thanks
What makes a good related text? Should you look for a related text that directly related to the aspect of belonging explored in your text, or does this not matter? Do you have to establish a link to your core text (in my case, As You Like It)?
How many textbooks for each subject are each of you getting? I was thinking of getting extra textbooks (besides the ones my school gives me) and I was wondering if it really is worth it to spend all that money.
Sorry to be posting again. but does anyone know any suitable movies for navigating the global?
(Oh, and don't say Chocolat, since I'm doing the book)
Thank you!
I need to do an assignment on a radioisotope used industry, and i was wondering if commercial applications count.
Tritium (the one i'm doing) is used in glowing watch dials, studies of water movement and nuclear weaponry. Do these uses count as industrial uses?
