I'm looking to find a gym in the Parramatta area which isn't too expensive. Oh, and also, it'd be good if it's located next to the train station.
Thanks guys!
so, i'm thinking of applying for my security guard license but i'm not sure if i'm old enough to do so (i'm 17). i don't want to be a bouncer, just a security guard at events such as concerts and whatnot.
also, do you have to be really bulky to be a secuirty guard? because i'm pretty muscley...
that shit is fucking disgusting. i'm serious, don't ever think about trying it.
i've got this disgusting aftertaste in my mouth after just one bite of a sandwich i'd made.
fucking yuk.
So, i went shopping today for a suit for my formal, and the only suits i found which fit me properly were short-sleeved. Is that how they're supposed to be? Is the shirt sleeve supposed to be longer than the jacket sleeve?
^^^that pic suggests not.
^^^ this pic suggests so.
so...
i got offered a job as a pick packer but i'm not exactly sure what the job entails. is it difficult? by difficult, i mean REALLY difficult.
it's a pretty good job cause i'll be getting paid 26$/hour.
It's always the same thing: I've got one day to study an entire course and I'm never able to because something or another stops me.
What really puzzles me is why I'm having these dreams now, even though I finished my HSC over a week ago.
Anybody else with similar experiences?
Agree or Disagree? Maybe we shouldn't limit it specifically to games and movies, but also books, magazine, and other media items.
Personally I think if we instill proper values in our kids at a young age, games and music don't really have any effect, no matter how violent they may be. I think...
i think i've underestimated myself big time, and i've only listed courses which require a relatively low uai. now, i don't want to change my preferences just yet, because i might not have gone as well as i think i have. can i change my preferences after i get my UAI?
there was this kid on the show who is the world champion in karate for his age bracket. he was fucking insane! (in a good way). i'll try to find a vid of it. anybody see it?
EDIT: there you go. http://au.youtube.com/watch?v=Hh1NpqL4Hic
They were talking about this on dr.phil, and dr.phil, being the usual cunt that he is, automatically took the moral high ground even though it looked as if he was on the 'pro corporal punishment' lady's side.
God I can't stand "dr" phil.
Anyway, what do you think? Should teachers be allowed...
i dunno why i'm so nervous. i've put in the work and all so i should be right. and also, i haven't been nervous for any other exam.
maybe its the fact that this is my last exam?
Okay, so internally, i worked out my mark to be 50%. I did this by multiplying each assessment mark with its respective weighting, and adding them all up.
Now, for the external exam I'm pretty sure I'll get about 60%.
Also, my school is ranked 50th and is a very strong school in maths...
Notice how I've created this thread before I've even done the exam. That's how sure I am that I'm going to fail. However, I'll have an update this afternoon, where I'll let you guys know for certain.
Like, could I turn up in a singlet, shorts and thongs? Or are there SOME rules? Could I turn up with a shirt that says "Wish Hitler did his job properly" or something?
I'm pretty sure the school of law of USYD was on the show. One of the hosts was given a summons to appear in court to answer claims of defamation by her friend. I think they had the mock trial in a moot room. Any USYD'ers know?
