Do anyone get an ATAR below 97 even with ATAR + Bonus Points but still managed to get in? And if so what was your ATAR with bonus points?
Basically I'm at an ATAR of 94.70 with bonus points and I was just wondering if it was possible for me to get accepted in the later rounds?
Thanks.
I was just wondering how you accept a course that you have guaranteed entry to if its your 2nd preference? Does it just happen automatically or do you have to do something saying that you want to do that course.
Also, is it possible for me to accept my 2nd preference while still waiting to...

Is it still possible to get a 90+ ATAR if I do really well in the actual HSC exams?
I'm confused do you only have to include a thesis statement in your intro?
or would u include them at the start of each body paragraph as well cause i think i remember my teacher talking about it
Are you guys just focusing on past papers or also looking through notes?
I've been procrastinating a lot but I've still been doing like 2-3 papers a day. I do English Advanced, Business, Eco, 3u and Phys.
If anyone's doing any of the same subjects as me, what are you doing study-wise for...

Is it possible to get an ATAR above 90 if I smash the externals? I've already revised all of my subjects since the trials and I'm getting consistently...
Can someone just check my idea of how it's calculated?
Is it true that your final internal mark (as a %) doesn't affect your final HSC mark?
For example, if someone came 30/60 in Chemistry and they get a raw mark of 88 in the actual HSC exam, and the person in their school who came 30th in...
Is it true that your internal assessment mark can be scaled up or down depending on your raw external examination mark?
Or are these things just completely separate?
Ok so I was just wondering how final HSC marks are allocated. I'm going to include an example and can someone tell me if I'm correct?
For example, let's say my rank for Business Studies was 2/80.
If I get a raw mark of 92 in my Business exam and the person who got the 2nd highest HSC mark...
Ok so I've just made a creative writing piece for my upcoming half yearly exams. I was just wondering if it was required to have 'discovery' as an ongoing theme in the creative writing?
Because in my story I've kind of described a series of events leading to a physical discovery at the end...
In 3U maths, so far I've gotten 25/37 in 3U (68% - 10% internal mark) and 21/35 in 3U (60% - 20% of internal mark). I got to a school ranked in the high 30s and my rank is around 60/80.
I've tried to do some calculations and I've already lost 11.2% of my total internal mark. And even if I...
Ok so I just got my maths results and I got 28/43 in 2U (65%) and 21/35 in 3U (60%). The average for 2U was 32/43 but the average for 3U was 25/35. I thought I did alright but exam nerves got the better of me as I made a lot of silly mistakes.
At the start of the year my aim was to rank top...
For my next assessment, I have to find two related texts about discovery and write an essay on it while comparing it with poems by Robert Frost.
I just have a question about picking related texts for discovery:
Are students not allowed to pick related texts from the HSC English...
