you need a balance of both
also.. people with a low SES status have reduced access to facilities and services such as gyms as they cannot afford it. where as people with a high SES status can by gym equipment for their house and go to the local gym, join sports groups etc..
hey.. i have the same problem in maths but i take the initiative to catch up on what they had done using the text book and in class i work at my own pace teaching everything to myself, its not as easy to do with PDH cuz sometimes u need someone to explain it to u.. peer mentor/tutor was a good...
write a thesis stating briefly what you would talk about like you normally would in an essay. then write a paragraph on each concept and relate that concept to 2 or 3 texts giving examples (quotes) from the texts to support what you are saying. then write a conclusion like you normally would...

1. expectation of the journey, fear, excitement etc
2. challenges and obstacles lead to wisdom, knowledge, new insights into life
3. journeys are ongoing, journey is more important than destination
