My mother actually bought that, and yeah - it had no obvious effect. I tried it myself as well but discovered that just doing sit-ups works better to keep my stomach toned.

Haha, I have one girl friend and the rest of my close friends are guys. My boyfriend usually doesn't mind, but sometimes gets jealous if I am hanging out with other guys he doesn't know/might be interested in me. It's usually not a big deal though.

Spirits all the way! Some mixers are OK, anything with lemon/lime in it is usually great, and I'd drink chocolatey stuff like Baileys or Kaluah occasionally. I dunno if it's a good thing or bad thing that I have a really high alcohol tolerance.

Coke Zero is pretty much the only soft drink I can consume. Real coke is just too....sweet. :o
