    chem's more enjoyable... but physics scales higher. but if i were you i'd still go for chem just cos its so enjoyable and will get you ahead at uni.

    the dux mark usually indicates the quality of education u get. and since its usually consistent its highly likely u wont get 90+. but that depends how much study you PERSONALLY do. or if you have a good tutor =D

    depends on ur school. if its cheltenham girls u have a fairly good chance of getting 95+. (they're 70% is worth 90%) If u go to bad public schools, then i think ud get high 80s.

    The student who got last in our grade got 90.05 and she got 60s. But as long as ur rank's alright (i.e. ur not in the bottom 20) and if ur school's got a ranking in the top 100, then you'll be right.

    How do you get tutored for english?

    lol yes if the teacher themselves dictate you what to write. no if you come up with your own and memorise that. It´s definately not cheating if you wrote your own work and memorised it for the exams!!! That´s what I did!!!

    the fourth book in the twilight series is the best for this ;). I think its chapter 10; something about Fates' loom. It's a good metaphor for belonging.

    Memorising Essays

    First, you write out word for word, basically copying, reading it out slowly. Then ou get 3 past papers on the same topic and you try and adapt it to the question. The idea is for you to repeat it, but adapt it at the same time. Never fails!

    Well from wot I heard all through last year Best Undergrad courses ranked best to least: 1) UNSW 2) Melbourne/Monash (one of those in Victoria) 3) Newcastle 4) Bond 5) All other unis (I dunno where UWS fits in... its only had 2 years so far, but pretty good review) Best Postgrad courses: 1)...

    Calling for advice from current med students

    If you are very close to anyone who goes to UNSW, they should have all the possible list of questions for UNSW med interviews. But you'd have to get it physically cos they probably don't have it as a pdf. Good luck.

    oh and i forgot to mention do all the past SC papers. If you get above 80% you'll be fine. but for maths, you should be above 90%
