Alice in wonderland is an imaginative journey as it is set in an imaginary world. maybe you could include the poem Jabberwocky in your speech? look at how the composer decribes the animals- gives them human qualities...etc etc you could also examine the way Carroll uses things like...

You might be able to use: Othello Huck Finn you can use pretty much any text that is showing a teenager for instance growing/maturing: Maybe if you looked at a few classics such as Pride and Prejudice; picture of dorian gray Oscar wilde; sorry i couldn't be more help...

I love doing crime fiction for ee1. I love the old style crime fiction much more than contemporary stuff too, but there are some good contemporary crime writers such as Patrica Cornwell-she wrote about Jack the ripper-excellent book loved it!! Clerisy, i agree with you completely.

We don't get assessments we only do class work and exams- very few of them... maybe the teachers lazy?? LOL!!

I definitely agree- choose subjects you like: makes it easier when you have to study.... I'm in year 12 and I'm doing 12 units-matter of priority?

I do BSA and if it got any easier i'd be able to sleep every lesson. Easy as- prelim easy too- got 96% without any study so that proves how easy it is. spose its worthwhile get a cert II after 2 yrs!?!
