Need help with weird circuit design truth table

they are missing half of the truth table. you would do the question as follows: first suppose that Q=0, Q'=1. this tells you one of the inputs to each of the AND and NOR gates. now suppose A=0 and B=0. then we get that C=A AND Q=0, D=B AND Q'=0. now suppose that A=1,B=0 then do the same as...

    Downloading

there is an option in wget that lets you pick up a download where it left off. i also find that wget tends to download faster than firefox for some reason. dunno if there is a windows equivalent of wget. there should be.

i did all three maths courses - about 4 years ago - and didnt have any clashes, but the timetable does change from year to year. having a clash is no big deal either. you get plenty of time to rest between exams, access to tea and coffee, a toaster, etc... you just cant use your mobile or a...

    question on assignment

in the good old days they used to use a single frequency band for a wireless communications system. the problem is that you have to have high powered transmitters/receivers and you cant have too many nodes in the network. to fix these problems some smart people came up with cells. the idea is...

    computer stuffing up

check the activity logs. they should tell you where the problem is. in M$ i think you can find them in control pannels -> administrator tools -> computer management -> logs (or similar). in linux look in /var/log/messages.

    E-commerce Engineering

for starts, EIE is getting rid of this course. if you aren't already enrolled you wont get enrolled. the reason being that it has too much in common with software engineering, so the two will be merged. it has nothing to do with BIT or business. it is a software engineering course with a heavy...

    Maths in electircal engineering

as an electrical engineering/maths double person i have found that maths makes the electrical engineering much easiers. especially in later years when you are looking at signals processing, control, communications, etc... having said that, i havent even considered designing an electric circuit...
