I did this assessment task last term. We were told that it had to be a replacement for potato crisps though... So i did bagel chips. You cut the bagels into really thin strips, spray olive oil on them and sprinkle herb salt on... you then chuck them in the oven. They're realy really nice...

I'm not 100% sure... but my teacher told us that you won't be able to find any on the internet or anything. She told us that the only ones we will be able to get are the ones she gives us. And she hasn't reli given us all that many.. but anyway. Hope that helps!!
