Yes! I feel the exact same.. the HSC is overrated. I've been relaxing and carefree so much during these past few weeks. COULDN'T HAVE* - and I thought I'd never find such grammatical error here.

Question 11 is not referring to photosynthesis, it is referring to transpiration (or water loss) through the stomata.

+1 Question 1 is a dot point "Explain how mutations in DNA may lead to the generation of new alleles". The answer is C. As for Question 11, plants minimise water loss by closing their stomates, thus they do so during the time the sun peaks. It is D.
