Haha, I did air cadets for two years ... their camps were certainly an experience ;) Has anyone received an email yet, with passwords for the distinction course site?

Not completely certain, but they said in the first week of school. Something like we leave on the first Friday back, then come back by Tuesday week 2.

I got the call!! :lol: 10am, I missed it first, so called them back really quickly... hehe...

Re: Study Habits Well, I think I'm doing quite well with my study so far. Regarding timetable: only really wrote mine up a few days ago- I've managed to study without it- but I think it'll get me more focused :) AND I finished my english speech a few days in advance of due date! That's a BIG...

I don't think there were more than 80 people there anyway. Probably less (i didn't count..) and I don't think everyone will apply out of those. Also, I think a greater number of people are applying for phil than for cosmo.. So, I think you'll get in :)

I'm terrified, yes. But I think that when the time comes, I'll know what to do; just as, in year 10, I was terrified of the idea of EE2, but now I'm doing it and it's just exciting :) I won't let that final project deter me from doing the course! :spin:

On the 12th I have a prize award ceremony for like 4 hours, I'm hoping they won't call me then! Wouldn't that be great; you're up on the stage receiving some award and phone rings, and you're like "sorry, but I.... have to get that.." the odds of that are pretty small I suppose, after that...

I'm actually thinking about both, now. I'll post my app & report today then back that up with a fax from school on Monday. I honestly don't care if they get two copies and hence get confused; better that than no copies get through at all, right? I'm sure I won't get in trouble for posting it...
