we used to cram all 20 registers into our safe + all the SCO related money (spare coins + the funds taken from them each night). now we bag up the registers - soo much more space in safe and it saves not loading them into/out of trolley, having to use the hoist etc... much better idea...

haha yeah, it was only painful because the 5 hour shift felt like an eternity. although my alternative to the training was SCO so its a toss up which wouldve been better :P

eesh last night was sooo bad. Had to train 3 newbies on checkouts.... So, we had this guy transfer over to checkouts from produce cause he hurt his back (I was thinking WTF checkouts is the worst place to go...) anyways so I had to train him from the very beginning, which I thought fair enough...

i gotta cash office question. after doing the change order, which is the better way to find out the total value of the change you have just given out. one cashier has told me to go into 'Cash Office Audit' and print out the report which tells you, but another has told me just to go into 'Store...

when i send a pickup (one in the middle of the day) i leave about 8x $50s. i dont send any $20. most people pay by card/get cash out at our store so i really cant afford to leave any less than 8 $50s in my drawer...
