I know its 15 pushups, 45 situps and 7.5 beep test for males. It'll be less pushups and situps for females I think, but the same beep test?

Did you receive a date for July and another for December? Then I think that your session is booked for the one in July. Thats just coming from my experience.

Yeah same here. I rang up to change the date, and the lady said that it had been a stuff-up or something and that I would get a session sometime in September.

I agree with what tulli said, print it all off, highlight and then evaluate. Markers will want to see how your research had helped you to create a better design. No point including website adresses, because the markers aren't going look at that website in their own time. They are only going to...
