Definately getting a mac laptop. Any reasons why i shouldnt, because i am in the process of looking for one? Id love to find a laptop that isnt slow and has good battery power. The last laptop i had, completely failed, it was super slow and acquired way to many viruses :/

I keep on tossing up with doing B Science/ B Economics, or Biomedicine, but then again, what jobs can come out of these? If you start it and hate it, you can change can't you?

So can you change the order of your preferences as well? In my preferences i put the topics that were the highest first, not necessarily the subjects i really really want to do. They are about 3rd on my list because they werent as high. As i achieved my mark that will get my first preference...

I got a well done out of my parents, $100 dollars from my grandparents and i think i gave them bragging rights over all the other oldies grandchildren. Dont you hate proud grandparents :chainsaw:

In extension, it should have four compulsary options, Biology, Chemistry, Physic and Earth and Environmental science, in which it goes into greater detail. Eg Biology should have greater detail in genetics, the human body and its processes (ie more depth in communication); evolution etc...

Sweet, i was thinking that maybe they would, so i was contemplating whether or not i should recheck my marks.

I dont know if anybody has made this thread, but i was just wondering if anybody has applied for a clerical recheck of their marks. If you have, just wondering what subjects you have got them for? For me i want to get my Biology mark checked because i seriously thought i would have gone better...

Has anybody learnt shorthand writing? I reckon it would be easier especially considering i cant write fast. But then again ive heard its like learning a new language :S

Biology should have no maths at all IMO (which it doesnt really). Chemistry should have less maths in it, it totally screwed me in the HSC exam. If it didnt have that bread mould question (22) i actually think i would have gone good. All science should have more written material and less...

Exactly, if you did tutoring that counts as studying in my case. I would believe this if you went to a really good school and had extremely good teachers. Did you do all your homework or did u manage to do nothing whilst doing ext 2 maths hmmm... liar

I hate that when you study real hard and people who don't study go better than you. It happened a lot to me over the years, but usually the HSC should work out for those people who work hard consistently throughout the year.

I find it funny that the majority of the top ranked schools come from Sydney or around the area. What about rural schools haha seriously we have to lift our game..
