    well at our school we are looking at gatsbys love as more of an obsession, as in where it says somewhere in the book he was dazzeled by thr youth and mystry wealth came with (or something to that extent), so you could tie it in with the american dream in the sense that what he needs to complete...

    would doing a biography be a good/bad idea for related?

    Theres nothing bad abot doing a biography...its just another text form...the man thing is to have difernt text types rater then all novels,all movies etc. Biographies can be really good if you analyze hem properly.
