    For those who did get laptops for uni

    I bought myself an ASUS T91 (the new tablet eeepcs) and they're fantastic for uni. Not only are they under 1kg and totally compact, but they're a tablet and when coupled with good inking software I can choose between typing or writing out my notes. I got mine for $700AUD + Shipping a while back...
