to do commerce at monash or melbourne uni straight out you need a study score of 25 in methods, im not currently doing methods so if i was to start an arts course would i be able to transfer to commerce after a year without having met this prerequisite?

iv been thinking about doing an ADF gap year in 2011 but i want to get a few things clarified first. Are the jobs you actually perform during the gap year mainly administrative and well.. boring?? and what happens if i decide the ADF isnt for me halfway through the year?? thanks
