everyone. you HAVE to write in the context of the romantic period. my teacher gave me a really really really bad mark for my creative in trials--she said it conveyed romantic themes and ideas, but i lost heaps of marks for not making the historical setting prominent...
it depends on the performance of whole country...they've got to separate us into bands, so i suppose the few that achieved the normal mid-high band 5 would be pushed up to a band 6...i doubt low band 5s will be pushed up--alot of people walked out of the exam happy with section III. it seems...
also if the student really did have a panic attack and couldn't attempt the question...i don't see how they could have managed to complete the rest of the exam?
surely if they answered every question but section III, the BOS will realise that their file for a 'misadventure' isn't...

the BOS might have said that they would take into consideration the 'unexpectedness' of the question when marking, but i can't picture them awarding 'empathy marks' to those who didn't even make an attempt.
