    2 periods a week and we add an extra every now and then. So that is 8 hours a week of maths including 3 unit all with the same teacher. personaly i would rather have 3 4 unit periods a week.

    Haha this sums RU up nicely. doing stuff that is flat out for 20 mins is pointless. all you do is lactate hard and burn hardly anything at all. Im quite happy to run 60k a week but i know ill burn a lot of protein.

    How do i lose the body fat fast without losing muscle bulk? I am pretty lean already just need that final few kgs off. I know how to lose weight really fast but my methods involve ripping off muscle at the same time.

    We get 4 exams and 2 are open book,like we can take our text books and everything in. i got 32 outof 57 which was about average. happy to have my head slightly above the water

    If you had heart problems you would probs feel it at like 1k about 4 mins in before you start a good rythm rather than 60mins in at 15k

    I have been going to the gym for about seven months about 3-5times a week. I dont follow a program and i dont do any work from the waist down. Each session i spend 1.5-2 hours on upper body.     I was only given 2 hours of MX2 homework to do, so thats finished and i can't be fucked to start anything. Making notes is a waste of time for me so I'll be having fun all holidays.
