I <3 you.
I did that, and I swear I needed "examples" so I invented cases of "gang culture" leading to crime (social) as well as fake cases for the other types. Prayin I dont get caught out.
Fuck yes ! I thought I was the only one who did that, but am much happier now. I got kinda sad towards the end cuz I realised I should've talked about compliance and non compliance, so I chucked in a paragraph of pure bullshit.
Minor stuff ups across all exams, probably most prevalent in Maths and English. Otherwise every other exam i'm fairly confident about, hoping for positive marking.
Did (a) for Global...It would've been better if I did (a) for World Order aswell, but I was running fucking short of time (<40 mins), so I cut my losses and went for the essay that I knew I could write and finish within 40 minutes. Meh it won't be at the same standard as the global one, hoping...
Don't worry folks, its all on the number of words per line. Those in excess of 12 pages per section would've been in the general area of 5 words per line.
I write 12 words per line. And I wrote 8, 9 and 6.
And I'm happy with that.
Law Reform Commissions
Courts
Parliaments
Factors influencing -
Changing Society Values and Composition
New Concepts of Justice
Failure of Existing Law
New Technology
Dude its a bad idea..if you can leave about 2 hrs for the two essays that gives you ample time to plan an essay out. Memorising essays leaves too much to chance.
And yes continuity and change is basically law reform.
all the points under the dot point brah
from memory:
Use of Force
International Instruments (Dec. and Treaties)
Customary Law (not so important)
UN (ICJ and shit)
Regional Intergovernmental Organisations (EU)
Non Government Organisations (shit like Amnesty International)
Media
Non Legal...
Nah dude they just want you to cover the shit under the dot points. Cases and media should be linked into that, but the dot points are what needs to be covered. I'm not sure about Family or anythign else, but WO and Global Environment just need that.
There should be a block of dot points in the syllabus under the heading "Legal Issues and Remedies". If they ask a question about legal issues and remedies you have to cover all of those dot points in your response.
Sorry if thats not helpful.
