Where do you want to TRAVEL in the WORLD and WHY?

I would love to visit most of Europe, also Turkey, USA (definitely Hawaii), Canada, Central America, Brazil, Peru (mainly for Machu Pichu), South Africa and some Polynesian islands like Samoa, American Samoa, Niue, Cook Islands and French Polynesia. Also Fiji is a must.

    MATH1131/MATH1141 Lecturers

Definitely recommend Mr M Pahor and Mr PG Brown - they're amazing!

    How to timetable?

In the handbook, it will say what subjects you need to take in the first semester, under 'Stage 1 Semester 1' - in this case your subjects would be: BABS1201, SCIF1111, CHEM1011 (or CHEM1031) and MATH1041. So yeah, follow the program structure in the handbook.

i dont want to do bridge course for eng, but didnt do hsc physics

Depends how much you initially know about physics or not. But either way, you should definitely do it. In my opinion, first semester physics becomes pretty difficult half way through the semester, and it would be helpful if you had some previous knowledge about it, so you 'get' the nature of...

    PHYS1121 (Physics 1A)???

The 'Other' class is the problem solving lecture. You're given a booklet of problems at the beginning of the semester, covering each topic. And yeah, you have to enrol in that lecture. The funny thing is that almost nobody goes to it - unless there's a lecturer like Joe Wolfe there.

    Life in UNSW

Social life is decent - you'll find many different kinds of people. But students can be very quiet at times; in almost every maths tutorial, whenever the tutor would ask a question, nobody would utter a word. Dead silence. Then there's the people who love to chat, have fun and be crazy. You'll...

    Creative Writing

Consider the topic of pseudocide (faking death), I wrote about this in my creative story for the half yearlies and got 14/15. Get some inspiration by watching TV shows such as 24, Chuck or any other action/drama program. Now relating it to Belonging is a matter of how you reflect the emotions of...

    A good nights rest.

You need to re-adjust your body clock. Try sleep at 10pm and wake up at 7am (9 hours). 8 hours is the optimal amount for sleep, and up to 10 hours is very good. If you keep this routine consistent, you'll hopefully have a better sleeping pattern.

    UNSW bonus points system

Yeah, you'll get in, the bonus points are automatic and thus will have saved you haha

    Making an ATAR goal

That's a good goal to aim for. Break that goal down into smaller goals such as aiming to score >95% in all assessments, and you should be fine. You got to remain really motivated throughout the year to achieve this. Don't make the same mistake I did, which was to attain a goal of 95 ATAR and...

    Pen spinning?

Awesome! I suppose you've heard about Dan and Dave Buck? I could do a bit of Pandora, but stopped practicing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X6kXuV__FTM I could only do phase 1 of Jackson 5: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Km3BthBK0s8&feature=related

    Pen spinning?

hahaha pen spinning is so fun! I've been doing the basic thumb around spin for years, so much that its become second nature to me. And people are quite impressed by it. There's also card manipulation, but it require much more finger dexterity and flexibility.
