I'm doing the application, and up to the part where it asks if I would like to transfer to the Industrial Chemistry program (instead of the Chemical Engineering program), and I have a few questions :)
1. If I DO decide to go with Industrial Chemistry, can I reverse the decision later on and go...
Did he put in the correct details? I put my UAC application number, postcode, DOB, and the UNSW Program code (from the link given on the site).
& you could try the site, but its credibility is now being shot so its impossible to tell :(
Can we get someone who had UNSW down as a pref but was way below the cutoff try the website?
I would just wait until 9pm, but I have work from 7-11pm. damned woolies!
Holy mother of god, I tried the UNSW thing and went through to the password page. Chem engineering here I come ^___^
I got 89.35 ATAR + 2 bonus points, and the site worked for me for Chemical Engineering which had 2011 ATAR of 91.1 (its been going up too). Im 100% sure you'll make it in haha
Engineering, surprised since I got 87 HSC mark for it, and one unit of Physics didn't count. They marked physics really hard it seems, I by far felt the most confident in that exam and it was my worst result :S (79).
I feel this is true with MX1. That test was a fucking BITCH - harder than MX2 according to many and harder than the infamous 2006 MX1 paper according to some.
89.35
Calculators predicted 90.7 x_x
SO devo I didn't break 90, but I can still get into my course at USYD :) Or UNSW with ~5 bonus points i can pretty easily grab.
