When i first started the course i found it extremely difficult because it suddenly got harder. Year 10 chinese was a bludge and they didn't transition us properly from yr 10 chinese to yr 11. In yr 10 we were still learning about items of clothing and suddenly in yr 11 we were expected to write...

I tried it and i couldn't sleep. But i found it really helpful to listen to it when your awake ie, on the bus, walking to the train station, eating lunch etc. Maybe try recording paragraphs and listen to it on repeat because it's harder with long essays. You never know till you try. :)

Quality not quantity :) Maybe 6 hours? Structure it like a school day, then you won't procrastinate as much.
