all good, i missed something really obvious but i've got it now!

this is kind of unrelated, but kind of related i haven't really touched my books now for far too long and i was wondering how one would work out question 4 in the multiple choice? (i'm probably missing something insanely obvious..) help would be much appreciated! :)
