I'm like the only person who didn't talk about Kony for the Human Rights Question 2. aha I talked about the persecution of Falun Gong followers in China and how the media has been the most effective way (but still not good enough) in exposing what the Chinese gov is doing to their people.

Criminal Trial Process and talked about how the court system is the most suitable option in achieving justice for serious indictable offences such as murder and I talked about young offenders and how the law tries to keep young people out of the court system and I talked about diversionary programs.

Is anyone actually studying hard out for this? I haven't ahaha...just been looking at the concepts of music etc + Where do you get the excerpts for the past papers?...

The content isn't hard but the questions are designed to trick you from the way they're worded...it's alot easier to make a mistake in general

No, I knew the golf question, that was easy

That was as bad as the Catholic Trial, actually one of the questions was in the Catholic Trial Exam, the golf one

French was okay :) however, had maths right before it so I was really tired from that...but it wasn't too bad :) I reckon I might get a Band 6, if not then Band 5 :)
