does anyone know about the extracurricular activities available at ACU? there's a soccer field so i assume they have a soccer team but does anyone know what kind of competition they play in? also, i know it is far-fetched but is there by any chance a gym? lol i'd post it in the ACU section but...

a good mate of mine did the exact same thing. he returned home and then we played in a soccer tournament in melbourne two days later. he did alright despite having about 2-3 days to himself for the holidays!

ok, so a score of 75 at an ordinary school is not as valuable as a 75 at james ruse, because of respective weak and strong cohorts? (as uncommon as a 75 is at james ruse...hahaha)

does your school's state rank determine how high(or low) the raw marks are scaled? for example, would a raw mark of 60 in biology be scaled up to a band 5 at a top school, but a raw mark of 60 in bio in a lesser-ranked school remain a band 3 or scaled up to 4? not quite sure so please correct me...

our teacher replaced the tomato experiment question, with one telling us to devise our own experiment about milk curdling and enzymes :) i found the MC, maintaining a balance and blueprint of life decent, struggled with the rest

SOR i only do because it's compulsory, i dont put any effort in because i see it as surplus, so SOR definitely won't. i'll do well in ext history if i put in the effort and improve my rank. 80-85 im happy with though

im fairly sure there was 8 who got 90+ last year. this year i'd say 10 is a likely number. btw my school is ranked 490
