    General Thoughts: Food Technology

    I actually thought that this was a good exam, however parts of it were annoying - ie the fermentation question, i didn't realise we were studying "beverage technology" but yeah for someone who really hates this subject i was surprised at how good the exam was :)

    HAHA hate multiple choice with a passion, had my 2 unit half yearly today (yes sadly, im an accelerated repeat) and it had multiple choice, felt strange, last years hsc format was much better.
