Have lost 16.7kgs as of today (14 weeks; which includes a two week bad period around Easter where I gained weight). Have started eating more crap food again although in smaller portions/more moderation.
Breakfast: Oats with milk and chocolate chips
Lunch: Will be corn fritters
I have thought about getting one although since I don't really do any exercise at all I'm not sure it would be of too much benefit. I'd want the HR one with the heartrate function although they look like they are bulky.
Did your employer make you wear it or was it optional? It sort of seems...
So the past 3 weeks I have eaten crap mainly due to a week away and also Easter [so much chocolate]. Still somehow managed to lose 2kgs or so although I have been between 1.5x & 2x my food goal every day.
Will start eating better again today.

The protester's should be arrested and charged. Case closed, they are deliberately obstructing.
My opinion would still be the same in that scenario. That isn't racism either, that is life.
I'm not religious. My opinion is that marriage should not be modified and remain untouched. Introduce a separate form of homosexual marriage and give it a name other than marriage, e.g. gay marriage or...

Lunch: 7 x Ritz sour cream & onion snack crackers with cheese
Dinner: Two egg omlette and two slices of buttered toast
Snacks: Fun size twix bar

Lunch: Three quarters of a naan bread
Dinner: Deep fried chips (Eugh)
Snacks: 2 x chocolates, coffee with 50mls of full cream milk, ridiculous amount of nuts, bottle of wine
