That's all correct. It asked for "reasons" so in one point I said they had to protect the multi-million dollar industry of horse racing to preserve the economy
We spent most of our time on the stupid stuff like "what is health?" "what is disease?" etc etc and had to teach ourselves the rest

It was the answer, just incorrect word form - should have been "transgenesis"
We practically skimmed search for better health in class, and our textbook had about one paragraph about him in the introduction to the the chapter. Still, it wasn't technically a dot point
