When do accommodation offers usually come out?

I'm starting at Sydney Uni in 2015. I applied for accommodation back in October, received and accepted my course offer in December, and enrolled in classes already. I still haven't recieved an accommodation offer. The website said offers would come out periodically from December 1st. I'm getting...

I thought so. Thanks so much, that's really helpful :)

Using case study historians for Q1?

Thanks that's really helpful. I was planning on talking about Taylor as a 'television historian' for question 1, so it would have nothing to do with appeasement, but my teacher was still a bit weird about it. Thanks again.

How much would having limited statistics impact essay marks?

I've gotten 18/20 for an essay without a single statistic, and my teacher used to mark HSC. It really depends on the question I guess, but you can certainly get away with limited use of statistics so long as the essay is really good. Hope that helps :)

Using case study historians for Q1?

My teacher basically burned me at the stake for using AJP Taylor, an historian from our case study, in my trial question one. She said this is extremely frowned upon by markers. My question is though, how are they to know my case study was appeasement? How do they know I wasn't doing a...

quite the predicament, haven;t studies much is 5 days enough???

I definitely think you'll be fine. I haven't started studying yet, and I have 2 exams on that day so I'll only have around a day or so to study economics. I'm not worried. Understandings of diagrams and definitions is really the key in my opinion, and that shouldn't take you too long. Good luck :)

HSC Economic questions need help please

I'm not sure about the first one, I'll come back to that if I ever remember how to do that. For the second one, inflation has increased simply because the CPI has increased, and because the terms of trade has deteriorated import prices have risen faster than export prices because a greater...

What was your trial question for section 3?

I did the Catholic schools trial. Our question was ''belonging is as much about choice as it is about circumstances that an individual cannot control'' To what extent is this view of belonging communicated in your core text and at least one text of your own choosing? Would anybody who...

Help with this exchange rates essay question

I'm currently writing this essay: Discuss the effects of an appreciation of the Australian dollar on Australia’s internal and external stability. I have only 700 words and I've run out of things to talk about. I have a paragraph on economic growth, unemployment, inflation, BOGS and debt/...

How hard does General Maths get?

If I don't like maths, it would be pretty stupid for me to take Mathematics. When I don't like something, I have zero motivation, and I doubt you can just breeze through Mathematics without putting in effort.

How hard does General Maths get?

I am finding the preliminary general course painfully easy. I am good at maths, but I don't enjoy it, which is why I didn't choose Mathematics. My problem is I am finding the course so boring and simple, it is almost embarrassing sitting there learning things I remember learning in primary...
