Ok mate, you do realise that seanieg89 is trolling you right? He is giving you mathematical explanations that are beyond the HSC physics syllabus/ level. The reason why we want the swing angle small is to minimise experimental error. Common sense: a small swing angle will allow the pendulum to...
If you get the atar of course you'll get in. I have mates that only did 2U math and they are doing just fine (as long as you put the effort in + there are consultation hours with lecturers if you don't get the theory + there is free 1 on 1 maths tutoring with 3rd year or higher maths students...
Yes. According to UNSW handbook for software engineering you will be doing MATH1131/41 and MATH1231/41 which MX1 is assumed knowledge. Just do a bridging course or ask your teacher if you can change math classes (due to your future uni plans). No big deal.
Lol there's no one stopping you from self learning another option topic (with much more resources, and maybe easier) and doing it in the HSC exam.
A mate did that in my high school, initially the teacher was pissed, but still he aced chem :)
Hey can anyone shed some light my transfer situation.
I am currently in my first semester of mining engineering at UNSW, and I am hoping to transfer to a different engineering degree within UNSW through UAC for semester 2.
Does anyone have any idea of how much the mid year ATAR cutoffs change...
I went a bad/nonacademic school in the Shire (this year ranked in the top 200), and two of my friends got a state rank in engineering studies and food tech respectively.
