    OKAY SO IN ORDER TO OVERCOME heat loss to surroundings we ensure that the container has a high specific heat capacity because that means it won't absorb much heat. WHY???? . . . . . . . how does this impact how much heat it absorbs? doesn't it only impact temperature rise?
