    The MATH Chat!

Hey girl, can I be your first derivative? I wanna lie tangent to you curves. Hey girl, can I be your second derivative? I wanna explore all your concavities. My love for you is like pi - it's never ending. Do you want to see the exponential growth of my natural log?

    What are your favourite subjects?

Mathematics is the most beautiful thing in the world; so freaking amazing. I'd have to go with MX2. The sciences, in no particular order, shortly follow.

    Flappy birds thread

Ugh I hate this game with a passion. So much time wasted... Missed my bus once because of it. Almost got detention multiple times for yelling out FUCK really loudly on the school quad because I died :L

What is difficult in Preliminary Chemistry?

Calculations and anything involving the mole concept took a bit of getting used to. Thank God my teacher spent A LOT of time drilling these concepts into our heads during preliminary, despite not finishing Module 4 in time for yearlies. Heat of solution also took some time completely...

How many slices of pizza can you eat in one sitting?

Probably not. I tend to somehow eat an abnormal amount of food and gain little to no weight from it. After eating the two pizzas, I was in a fetal position for like 2 minutes before rolling to the bathroom and practically throwing up everywhere. :frown2:

How many slices of pizza can you eat in one sitting?

I ate two entire Costco cheese pizzas a while back. Finished the first pizza fine (since I was hungry as hell). Halfway through the second pizza, I felt like giving birth to food babies, but I finished it anyway just to see if I could do it. Terrible idea, would not recommend, much sadness.

How do you eat your Oreos?

I stick 3 Oreos into my mouth and then attempt to chew. If I'm with a mate, we do this while making stupid bets: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=crzaerwJCAM

Why have you had a detention?

In Year 7, a sub was checking our homework and sent people to detention for not doing it. I show her my homework and she decides to send me to fucking detention anyway >_> Oh and in Year 8, I tripped over right next to one of my friends and a teacher on duty assumed we were fighting. Bitch...

Quick Geometrical Application of Calculus Question?

Hmmm, if f''(x)=-2x, how can (3,7) be a minimum turning point? f''(3)=-6 < 0, so doesn't that mean that (3,7) must be a max? I know this has nothing to do with your question (sorry!), but it was something interesting that I felt the need to point out.
