Hey Guys, When should I expect to be added to the roster for regular shifts? I had my first shift a few days ago but that was because my manager called me. She said that she will contact me for my next shift... This makes me question what the point of the roster is. I looked on all three rosters...

Did you guys receive a call from your manager about your first shift? I had my induction a few days ago and haven't heard back from them yet, nor have I been added to the online roster.

I'm happy with that... Hopefully they give me 12 hours/week.

So as an 18 year old casual working in replenishment what pay would I be expecting?

Is it standard to be paid substantially less during the first 3 months?

@iMatthew - Thanks, I will wear that. @the way to go - I haven't done training yet. I had my interview, completed my online induction and this is suppose to be my on-site induction/first shift on the job. I get reimbursed for the shirt I bought online though in my first pay.

What are my chances of securing a replenishment job at Woolies? I applied 4 days ago, I'm a full-time uni student (18 y.o) had previous retail experience. I mean is a job at woolies really that competitive? All u need is pulse right?
