Congratulations! :D I am not sure how many would have gotten into the reserve list but I would expect (and hope) that it would be a small select group considering that they claim that you have a "good chance (50-75%)" of getting a offer at the end.

I would wait atleast until Friday this week. All the round 1 interviews havn't been conducted yet so they can't extend an offer. Have you done your interview already? If so, how did it go? Who was in your panel and what type of questiosns did they ask?

OMG same. I did my EY test on saturday afternoon and PwC test on monday night. Still waiting... I really really hope I get all my replies tomorrow. Let us know if you get a reply :)

Thanks Damn. I am crap at the numerical testing and (I think) I am okay at the verbal testing. I was hoping they would only do an interview. Have you already been notified that you are into the Assessment Centre stage? Any tips on how to do well in the numerical testing anyone?

I have appllied to EY but havnt got a yes or no answer from them yet to go to the next step. So I would say they are still finalising reviewing the applications.

So its coming to conclusions using logical thinking by undertaking a well planned procedure that you explain. By doing this you show your analytical skills and how you perform underpressure (of being judged). I see... Thanks for the tips :)
