    How much water is too much?

    Well according to me there is no any limit of water. We can drink it according to our need and want. We can drink lot of water in a day because it is a good thing for our body and has so many health benefits.

    Cardio is very helpful to loss your gain. I think you should try running,jogging,walking,yoga and cycling. All these are perfect cardio exercises for losing your gain.

    Energy drinks

    I like energy drinks but i drink fruit juice as energy drink because fruit juice is natural and there is no any artificial flavor used in fruit juice.

    How much liquid do you drink a day ?

    I use water to drink. I drink more than 10 glass of water in a day. I also drink one cup of green tea daily. This is my daily routine of drinking liquid.
