Highly doubt that's an outlier mark. Otherwise they'll give you both marks as zero and rid you from the marks there. Doubt it though. Maybe cem can give us an insight on this.

Please do sit the test. Otherwise the kid coming last in the class has to deal with your big fat zero as their examination mark. You have a responsibility as a fair and just person to not ruin someone else's marks. Please don't do it. Just rock up to the exam with no study. Anything is better...

Unfortunately this is a terrible situation to be in and I'll avoid telling you what would happen. Report it and move on to your other exams. Not much more you could do unless you could further your case of excuse towards the exam.
