what is the mark range for a band 6? Any room for band 5's ?

school rank is about mid 200's , and size for each class around 20-50 ? If i can't get rank 1, but in top 10 for each subject will that still help me attain an atar of about 95?

Can i get an atar of above 90 with these subjects? Legal studies, english advanced, Sor 1, Maths extension 1, mathematics, visual arts . And if so, what would i need to get in each subject internally and externally? Start year 12 in above a 2 weeks :/ pretty nervous
