I usually just take a separate sheet and summarize my notes/reorganize them. That way you are forced to understand your notes again so its' easier to remember. Just my own method hope it helps ^^

When it comes to a professional school I think the more famous the better. It's not just about the education quality but also networking you know. Getting to know people who can get you a good job afterwards. But then again a big fish in the small pond is better than a small one in the big pond...

Anatomy sure will help (quoted from my sister, she loves it). Also she studied Biotechnology, apparently according to her all those knowledge about cells was necessary. Though I'm not sure if she actually found Biotech helpful at all or she was just a geek.
