I think Deloitte only offers them to 1st years. And I remember someone told me that KPMG's program was cancelled this year.

For me, I loosely structured it around the STAR approach. It's the logical way of responding to someone about a situational question anyways :D

I chose Assurance as my first preference, but the interview is for Private Clients :) I think it's because they looked at the video interview and application and assessed your suitability for the service line.
